What are the outcomes reporting capabilities of the e-Learning platform?

The CMEConnect.org® e-Learning technology provides for extensive data base outcomes reporting through its administrative center with high grades earned from accreditation providers for its compliance with data reporting and guidelines.

Data captured includes pass/fail statistics for each learner, questions answered correctly/incorrectly as the post-test questions will be correlated to e ach course objective. In addition, numbers/percentage of learners who passed post-tests by specialty area, evaluation form comments, complete records of all certificates of completion and individual "My Course History" for each learner. All reports are accessible via a URL in real time on weekly, monthly or quarterly. All reporting is in complete compliance with ACCME accreditation standards as well as ACPE and ANCC guidance.

The CMEConnect.org administrative center hosts the outcomes reporting for all learning activities with additional customized reports created as necessary. Core reporting includes:

  • Activity by User
    • Which users have logged in, when, what tests they have taken and the results
  • Activity by Program
    • How many users have viewed a program, their complete viewing history, the time spent viewing the program and average score
  • Post-Test Report
    • For each program, the answers for each question in total and by user type
    • Also useful to identify questions on any program that many users get wrong
  • Evaluations Report
    • The aggregate responses to the evaluation form for each program
    • Includes written responses
